The Jax Denim Jacket is inspired by the classic Type II denim jacket and gives it a tougher, cleaner, more modern edge. It’s cut from 14oz ARMALITH®, so you get serious abrasion resistance in a fabric that’s lighter and stronger than traditional heavyweight denim. The D3O® Ghost™ armour at the shoulders and elbows stays out of sight and out of mind; flexible, slim, and only noticeable when you actually need it. We have redesigned our denim jeans collection, upgrading the products and making them look and feel as close to non‑riderwear denim as possible. Following the sellout line of the 2025 redesigned denim collection, they’re back in stock with a new khaki wash colourway. Crafted from 12oz ARMALITH® denim and available in sizes 28–42, with expanded length options of Regular or Short, so riders can choose the fit that works best for their build and riding style. The D3O® Ghost™ provides ultra‑low‑profile protection with exceptional comfort, secured by bonded seams on the front leg panels for an invisible, non‑bulky look and feel. WHAT IS ARMALITH®?
ARMALITH® is a patented material made by assembling a cotton fibre with a high‑performance reinforcing fibre. It is not only resistant to abrasion, snags, and tears, but is also an integral part of the history of real jeans. The genius of ARMALITH® is that the technology is integrated directly into the fabric and not used as a lining for a garment, making the garment lighter and less bulky.
