5.11 Triumph Factory Racing team’s Jordan Smith concluded the seventh round of the 2026 AMA Pro Motocross Championship with another TF 450-X top ten overall finish at the picturesque circuit of Millville.

Posting the 10th fastest time in qualification, Smith had momentum in his corner when the first moto started. A tricky start, and a fall after a couple of laps, left him with a mountain to climb, but he was quick to make progress, where 14th was his eventual rank after making passes throughout the field. The second moto was smoother – he started eighth and ran as high as sixth before crossing the line in seventh. 14-7 scores put him 10th in 450MX's overall classification and helped him maintain the same position in the championship standings.

Sadly, Mikkel Haarup's day was cut short. Posting the 11th fastest time in timed qualification, he utilised the TF 450-X's power to start moto one in seventh. However a hard crash and impact on lap one left him with a broken nose, forcing him to withdraw from the first moto in pursuit of medical attention. Haarup had an issue at the beginning of the second moto and was forced to retire meaning he was, unfortunately, not rewarded for his grit and determination, as he left Millville with no points.

A four-week stretch of rounds will conclude with AMA Pro Motocross' eighth fixture on Saturday 25 July. The hard pack of Washougal in Washington awaits the 5.11 Triumph Factory Racing squad.

Jordon Smith

"It was a pretty good day. Qualification was better than it has been all year, but I was buried in moto one and put in a good push to get to 14th. The lap times in moto one indicated that I should be around the top five. Seventh in moto two, after running sixth, also proved that. We'll keep working."

Mikkel Haarup

“This was not the weekend that we wanted. I'm healthy and ready for Washougal though. I had a decent lap time in qualification and lined up for 11th in moto one. I started in the top seven but got cross rutted and went down. I was hit pretty hard and ended up with a broken nose. I'll be ready for next weekend."

Jeremy Coker – General Manager, Triumph Racing America

"Today was a great day for Jordon. He started with his best qualifying position yet, then battled hard to finish 14th after a tip over in moto one and ran top six in moto two after a brilliant start. Mikkel had a decent qualifying session and, unfortunately, had a hard crash whilst running at the front in moto one where he ended up with a broken nose.”
