Triumph Factory Racing is pleased to announce that road racing sensation Davey Todd will race the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS this season with PHR Performance at the Daytona 200, the North West 200 and the Isle of Man TT Races.

Making his debut at Florida’s iconic event, the Daytona 200 will also be Todd’s first-time competing aboard the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS, as he takes on the 57-lap, 200-mile race. Alongside Todd on a PHR Performance Street Triple will be Peter Hickman, as he races Daytona for the third time and will be looking to better his highest finish of fourth place at last year’s edition.

Back on home soil, Todd will also be on Triumph machinery at the North West 200 and the legendary Isle of Man TT Races in the Supersport classes with the PHR Performance-built 765. He will again line-up with PHR’s team owner and multiple TT-race winner Hickman, who will compete onboard the Trooper Triumph by PHR Performance Street Triple.

Hickman’s Triumph factory-supported PHR Performance team will be well-represented on the roads, as Frenchman Pierre Yves-Bian will return on Triumph machinery on the Street Triple 765 in Supersport, as well as challenging the all-new Sportbike class at the TT Races with the Triumph Daytona 660.

The PHR Performance team will shortly head to America in preparation for the 84th Daytona 200 at Daytona International Speedway on 5-7 March, with the race getting underway on Saturday 7 March at 13.10 local time (GMT-5).

Davey Todd - PHR Performance:

“I’m super excited to be joining the PHR Performance Triumph team for the Daytona 200 and also on the roads. It’ll be my first time at Daytona, not only to watch but also to compete in the event itself; it’s something that I’ve wanted to do for years and to be on the Triumph, a winning bike, alongside my good friend Pete is going to be really fun. I know we can go there, be super competitive and do a good job for Triumph. I’ve already had a few laps on the Street Triple 765 and my initial feeling is that it is a really good Supersport package, it’s different to what I have ridden in the past, but in a good way and I’m already feeling comfortable! I’ll also be with PHR on the roads, and excited to be continuing with the 765 in the Supersport classes at the NW200 and the Isle of Man TT. We already know that the Street Triple is competitive on the roads from what ‘Hicky’ has done; I have also battled against him, so I know first-hand how strong the bike is. I’m super excited to get going with this project with Daytona first, a huge thanks to the guys at Triumph Racing and also to PHR and Pete for putting this together for me.”

Peter Hickman - Team Owner and Rider, PHR Performance:

“I’m really excited for 2026, our Triumph project with PHR Performance has already been really strong and we’re looking to make it even stronger. Of course, going to the Daytona 200 this year with Davey as my teammate is really good; he has already had a few laps on the Street Triple 765 and likes it. We have a proper test planned, but his initial feelings with the Triumph are really good. We will be doing a test just before Daytona, as we did last year and putting a huge effort into the event. We have been there for two years and finished fourth last year just off the podium. This year we want to go at least one step better and be on the podium, ideally the goal is for both myself and Davey to be on the podium! Davey also joins PHR on the roads for the Supersport classes, alongside myself and Pierre, which is going to be awesome having three Triumphs on the grid with PHR Performance at the North West 200 and the TT Races. We also have some exciting news coming soon about a sponsor for the roads, so all in all it’s looking to be a really exciting season for us.”

Ian Kimber - Head of Global Racing Programmes, Triumph Motorcycles:

“It’s going to be an exciting year for Triumph with Peter’s factory-supported PHR Performance team, where there will be more Triumph machinery lining up on the grid than ever before at both the North West 200 and the Isle of Man TT Races. It’s also fantastic to see talent such as Davey join the squad and race the Street Triple on the roads and at the Daytona 200. Daytona holds a special place in Triumph’s racing history, after Brandon Paasch took victory in 2022, in what was the 765’s debut, so we’re looking forward to seeing what Davey and Peter can do as they push for victory in 2026.”
