The new Tiger 800 XC family’s credentials are undeniable and now come with over 200 upgrades including a major technology update with new full-colour TFT instruments, a more responsive signature Triple engine, a shorter ratio first gear for enhanced off-road traction and all-road acceleration, new 'Off-Road Pro' riding mode, they are radically better off-road. There are two new Tiger XC models, each one tailor-made with a dedicated level of technology and equipment, the Tiger's legendary accessible and agile easy-riding style, as well as enhanced rider ergonomics, more distinctive Tiger poise, and premium finish and detailing. With a bloodline that stretches over 80 years of motorcycle adventuring, the latest generation Tiger 800 XR offers the most road-focused adventure set-up ever across four new models, each packed with its own dedicated level of new technology and equipment. From crowded city streets, to country lanes with sweeping bends, to mile-munching highways, the new Tiger 800 XR family sets the bar even higher with over 200 chassis and engine upgrades and a whole new level of technology, performance and capability for all-road, all-day comfort. As any true adventure rider will tell you, there’s always further to go, and the new Tiger XR goes the extra mile with a major step up in the signature easy-handling, thrilling Triple engine and purposeful premium style.

OFF-ROAD ADVENTURE RANGE

With the highest level of technology ever, a more responsive Triple engine, and enhanced rider ergonomics the Tiger 800 XC range has never had as much off-road capability and all-road comfort. With two models to choose from, both with more style, premium bodywork, and a dedicated set-up of technology and equipment the new Tiger 800 XC range is built to be as great off-road as it’s always been on.

Tiger 800 XCx

With both off-road and road-based adventure firmly in mind, the XCx has five riding modes (including all-new 'Off-Road Pro'), a new full-colour 5" adjustable TFT instrument display, new five-position adjustable screen, and powerful Brembo front brakes. With new technology and enhanced rider ergonomics, the XCx delivers maximum poise and capability.

Tiger 800 XCA

For total confidence in your off-road adventures, the XCA now boasts six riding modes (including the new 'Off-Road Pro' and a rider-programmable mode for the ultimate personalised set-up). The range-topping XCA takes its specifications to the highest-ever level with the addition of LED headlight and foglights, heated rider and pillion seats, and stylish backlit illuminated switchcube buttons.

Tiger 800 XR

The superb entry point into this exciting range is the Tiger 800 XR.  Packed with its own dedicated level of technology and equipment, the new XR maintains the Tiger's trademark agile handling, and boasts a standard specification that includes ride-by-wire throttle, switchable ABS and traction control, together with new cast wheels and lighter silencer for more of that signature Tiger style and performance.

Tiger 800 XRx

The extremely intuitive XRx model gives you an increased specification and even more stylish adventure performance. With a superb range of new developments including adjustable full-colour 5" TFT display, four riding modes, new switchcubes for greater, more intuitive control, Brembo front brakes and a five-position adjustable windscreen, all come as standard.

Tiger 800 XRx Low

To make this agile performer even more accessible, the Tiger 800 XRx is also available as a Low Ride Height option. In addition to the road-focused performance and its trademark agile handling, the combination of ergonomically designed lower seat set-up and dedicated suspension delivering a low seat height of 780mm, compared with 830mm on the standard XRx and can be lowered a further 20mm again to 760mm with the adjustable seat mechanism.

Tiger 800 XRT

The incredibly versatile 800 XRT utilises advanced technology to give you the most capable and comfortable riding experience possible. With this range-topping XRT, the specification reaches the highest level ever with the addition of Showa adjustable suspension, heated rider and passenger seats, all-LED lighting, and a total of five different riding modes to choose from, including a rider-programmable mode, to personalise the set-up of the bike exactly as you want it.

TIGER 800 TECHNOLOGY

The new Tiger 800 XC and XR range represents a major step up in rider technology.

There are state-of-the-art enhancements on all bikes in the 800 XC and XR line-up and every single new addition has been developed for an even more thrilling ride than ever before. These exciting improvements include; full-colour adjustable TFT instruments, up to six riding modes, new switchcubes incorporating elegant backlit buttons, distinctive signature all-LED lighting and updated cruise control. On top of this comes a host of core technologies that are at the heart of the Tiger 800s superb riding experience, including; ride-by-wire throttle, switchable ABS and traction control, heated grips and heated rider and pillion seats, powered sockets (12v and USB) and an immobiliser.

Key Features Include

More responsive engine & shorter ratio first gear

The thrilling new generation, mass-optimised 800cc Triple engine delivers 95PS and brings with it even more responsiveness and acceleration.  Add to this the new shorter ratio first gear and you get more low-speed traction and instant responsiveness right when you need it most, both off-road and on. To top it off there is a new lighter exhaust with an even better Triple soundtrack.

New full-colour TFT Instruments & illuminated switchgear

The mid and top spec Tigers feature new angle-adjustable, full colour 5’’ TFT instruments that access a host of rider-focused technology available from the new on-board computer. With this comes new ergonomically designed switchcubes and 5-way joystick, which, on the top spec Tigers, feature premium illuminated backlit buttons.

Up to six riding modes, including new ‘Off-Road Pro’ mode

To suit every type of environment and riding style, riding modes include: ‘Road’, 'Rain', 'Off-Road', ‘Sport’, ‘Rider programmable’ and an all-new 'Off-Road Pro' mode for advanced off-road fun.

New signature LED lighting

All-LED lights and fog lights are included on high specification models, as well as Triumph’s signature Daytime Running Light (DRL) system for maximum safety and minimal maintenance.

Enhanced rider ergonomics

Incorporating a new seat compound with extra foam & 3D-net technology, and revised handlebar geometry to suit a wider range of riders for a more commanding riding position and enhanced long distance comfort.

New five-position adjustable screen

For superior wind protection the mid and top specification Tigers come with an all-new five-position adjustable screen, and new aero diffusers delivering greater rider and pillion comfort.

New Brembo front brakes

High specification Brembo front brakes now come as standard on the mid and top spec Tigers, bringing premium braking capability off-road and on.

High specification suspension and rider systems

Across the new line-up we have a host of high specification equipment including: Showa suspension on the XR models with new adjustable set-up on the top spec XRT, off-road focused WP long travel suspension on both XC models, and switchable ABS and traction control as standard.

Even more Tiger style

More premium bodywork gives each new Tiger 800 a more dynamic stance that reflects the road and off-road bias of each model. Every Tiger gets the highest-ever level of finish and detailing with high quality badges, graphics, and paint finishes to enhance their contemporary style.

To instantly add a serious level of touring capability and style, we’ve created an 'Expedition Pack' with all you need to start your adventure on your new Tiger 800. The Expedition pack includes black expedition panniers with mounting rail kit, black top box, moulded backrest pad, protective rubber tank pad, and frame protectors.
